Our standard delivery hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Saturday. However, we do understand that many locations, venues and events do not fall within these parameters, and therefore, we do operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week to meet your event requirements. Deliveries, installations and pickups that do not fall within our standard delivery hours will be charged additional fees
Yes we do. The delivery charge is based on the city we are going to and it is a round-trip fee.
No, you do not need to do so. We ask that all dishes, silverware, serving platters, etc. be rinsed free of food and placed back into their appropriate containers. Please do not place soiled linens inside a plastic bag as this will cause them to mildew. All items should be placed in one location for pickup.
All deposits are non-refundable. Any items cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the delivery date are subject to a restocking charge based on our inventory availability and demand for that item. Any item loaded onto our truck for delivery is subject to restocking charge equal to the daily rental rate.
All orders require a 20% deposit upon reserving the order. This amount will apply to the balance of the order when you receive your rental items. Payments are due in full 1 week prior to the equipment is delivered. A credit card number must be provided as an additional security deposit. If a credit card cannot be provided, a cash deposit in addition to the balance of the order is required. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and business checks.
Upon delivery and/or pickup, our crew members can setup / breakdown tables and chairs for you. Pricing for this service starts at $0.40/chair and $2/table. This service must be arranged 3 days prior to your delivery day to ensure sufficient time is built into our truck’s route schedule.
Additional labor fees apply to orders with stairs, elevators, drops more than 75 feet from delivery truck, tight or unsafe access, and multiple product placements. These charges are determined on a case-by-case basis. Fees are PER TRUCK. Large orders requiring more than one truck or crew will be charged accordingly.
Please Note: All client responsibilities also apply to Will Call orders.
• Will call items must be transported in an appropriately sized vehicle and strapped to prevent damage during transport. It is the renter’s responsibility to secure and protect the equipment.
• Moving blankets will be made available. In the event blankets are not returned, a $25 fee per blanket will be accessed for each non-returned blanket.
• Items must be returned in the same box, crate and/or glass rack as received.
•Rental equipment not returned on the scheduled day will add another full rental charge for each 24-hour period.
