We step in 12 weeks out from your wedding to create a timeline, organize your decor and venue layout, and communicate with your vendors.
Pricing for Head Coordinator Starts at $2,500
We start with an initial consultation so I can get to know how you met and hear all the details about your wedding. I answer all your questions and make sure we're a prefect fit.
After our consultation, I send a quote, contract, and hold your date for one week. Once you're ready to book, I take a 50% deposit ( NON REFUNDABLE ) and your date is officially in my calendar.
FINAL PAYMENT is due 1 month before event date.
At 12 weeks out have our first meeting to create a rough draft timeline. From there we meet at your venue, finalize your details and timeline on a template created for you and then practice your rehearsal.
We show up 2.5 - 3 hours before the ceremony to check in vendors and setup all of your décor. Then we get you down the aisle and coordinate all your reception formalities for the rest of the evening.
